Brake lining

Hangwan brake lining is leading in national output and is salable at home and also exported all around the world because of its excellent quality, middle-grade price and nicer after service.

国内汽车配件价格过高的原因分析

  国内轿车市场连续两年超过60%的增长速度令其它行业相形见绌。与之相呼应,轿车产品降价更是此起彼伏,但是根据新华信市场研究机构的统计,从2001年到现在,轿车配件降价的情况仅出现过5次。

 

  新华信汽车研究中心认为,汽车配件其实应该随着整车价格同步下调,而造成其价格居高不下的原因更多在于消费者对配件关注度不够,未能对整车厂商形成影响力。

  汽车配件降价空间很大

  新华信汽车研究中心经理陈育松指出,轿车配件一类提供给整车企业,即OEM;另一类提供给汽车后市场,如汽配商等。OEM类配件除了组装成整车外,还有一部分通过整车企业的4S经销店和特约维修站提供给消费者,这部分配件通常被认为价格较高。

  4S经销店和特约维修站的配件和整车上用的零部件完全一样,而且是和零部件一起采购的,理应具有同等的降价空间,但事实上,配件价格并没有随着整车价格的下调而下调。

  陈育松认为,影响汽车配件价格的因素来自六个方面:原材料供应商、配件厂商、新进入者、后市场零部件厂商、整车厂商和消费者。

  目前,促进配件价格下调的各方面因素在我国已经出现。例如,整车销量的迅速增长所带来的批量生产以及国产配件取代进口配件都会使配件生产成本降低;国际厂商和其他资本在不断进入,会加强配件市场的竞争,从而有利于配件价格的下调;在后市场零部件厂商方面,总体来看,其价格水平明显低于配件厂商。

  遗憾的是,上述因素的影响都弱于整车厂商的影响。从目前来看,配件厂商主要是配合整车厂商的要求,4S店的配件价格也主要由整车厂商决定。当整车厂商感受不到来自消费者的压力的时候,他们就会缺乏下调配件价格的动力。

  汽车厂商未受到价格压力

  为什么消费者没有给整车厂商以足够的压力呢?这与中国轿车消费者的特点是息息相关的。根据新华信对全国10个轿车消费重点城市的调查,购买新车的用户中第一次购车的比例非常高,大约在70%左右。这和发达国家的情况差别很大。

  第一次购车的消费者由于缺乏足够的用车经验,因此购买时重点考虑的因素是整车价格、品牌和外形设计等因素,对轿车的使用成本包括配件价格关注较少。所以整车厂商的策略重点就不会放在配件价格上,也缺乏下调配件价格的动力。
